Privacy & accessibility
Lights Elevated is a small, owner-run holiday lighting business in Utah. We collect as little as we can and we don't sell any of it.
What we collect
Quote requests. When you fill out the quote form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, address or city, the service you're interested in, and any notes. The form is processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to us by email.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. Google sets cookies to tell returning visitors apart and may process your IP address and browser details. We do not use advertising features or share analytics data with anyone else. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on. We also use Metricool, a social-media tool, to count visits that arrive from our social profiles; it sets a cookie for the same purpose.
Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
To reply to your quote request, schedule and perform your installation, and stay in touch about your lights — including by phone call or text message if you gave us your number. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your lighting.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Email lights.elevated@gmail.com to see what we have on file for you or to ask us to delete it, and we'll take care of it.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. It's built to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines: it works with a keyboard alone, with screen readers, at 200% zoom, and it respects your reduced-motion setting.

Changes
If we change how the site collects information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
